Day 5-Going Great

I have to say, dining only on Veggies/Fruits and Grains is easier than one would think. Every says to me "Oh, I would do that, but it would be way too hard, what would you eat?"
It hasn't been hard so far. Last night I partied it up with Lynley and Katie. I had a veggie sandwich (sans the mayo and cheese), and a fruit smoothie made with coconut milk for dessert! I didn't feel left out in the slightest! It IS possible. Even Nate is doing great.

P.S. Lyn and Katie. Thank you again for the fun night! I love you so much! You are the best! I cannot wait to use my GORGEOUS reusable shopping bags! You guys are so thoughtful. Haime, we missed you! You were there in spirit. ha ha.(Last Summer at Solee's 1 Year B-day Party)

I'm seriously so proud of you!! I'm still waiting for your vegan dinner party. I'd love to see what it's all like. :) Oh and where were you at church...I was looking for you and Nate, but never saw you. I'll have to hear how your Easter went. Miss you both like CrAzY!

Ashley took the words right out of my mouth. I was chomping on some great veg food at lunch today and thought of you and your new adventure. Tell more! Why you're doing it. How you're doing it. How you like it.
