I know my posts have been few and far between, but time has been sparse these days.
I had to arm wrestle an Apple Pie out of some old hags arms at Costco today, it was INSANE. The Costco employees were sweating and running around screaming "MORE PIES!! MORE PIES FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY!" Ok, maybe they didn't say those words exactly, but if their facial expressions could talk, that is what they would say. They had crates of pies being driven around on fork lifts and there were groups of people ready to snatch them the second they hit the ground. I avoid Costco like the plague when I know it will be busy, but I needed an apple pie gosh dang it, and I wasn't about to make one. Now, I am all set. Are you?
